Ostuni, the white city, famous for its Romanesque cathedral, its alleys, its lime walls and its typical gastronomy: one of the local products is extra virgin olive oil, in fact it is possible to organize a visit to the oil mill to discover all the secrets of this essential element. We start from the square and go up the streets full of artisan workshops to reach the viewpoint from which to admire the entire landscape of the Itria valley. From the terraces you can see the expanse of olive trees up to the sea. Then we will explore the Romanesque cathedral: its rose window is the largest in Italy.
