Single service booking policy

To book a single service (guided tour, excursion, boat trip, etc.) it is necessary to pay the entire amount or a deposit fee (specific conditions may apply to private tours and customized services).

  • Each tour will be confirmed after the manual check of the availability of free places and service providers.

  • Tours requiring particular weather conditions (for example boat tours) will be confirmed 48 hours in advance.

  • Tours including wine tastings, horseback-riding activities, or olive oil mill visits are subject to the availability of the local provider.

 

Single service refund policy

We have a balanced policy for refunds in case of unexpected events. The refund policy depends on the moment in which the impossibility of participating in the event/service purchased is communicated.

This is the detail:

  • Free cancellation for up to 72 hours* for all standard full-day and half-day tours*

  • Free cancellation for up to 48 hours* for boat tours (or any other activity strictly relying on weather conditions).

  • 100% penalty in case of a no-show on the same day (no show)

  • Rescheduling to the next day due to force majeure events (airline and cruise ship delays)

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours in case of serious medical emergencies (subject to proof)

* Number of hours between the moment in which the impossibility of participating in the event/service purchased is communicated and the actual starting date of the event (for instance: 09.00 am for day tours).

Multiple services booking policy

To book a multiple-day tour, it is necessary to pay the entire amount at least 30 days before the activity starts. It is possible to reserve the dates with a deposit fee.

It is possible to cancel for free up to 1 week before the activity.
