Due to rising geopolitical tensions, travellers should secure comprehensive insurance covering "force majeure" events like war, civil unrest, or airspace closures. Standard policies often exclude these, so specialized coverage or Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) upgrades are necessary. Purchase insurance locally to ensure compliance with documentation standards for reimbursement. Please note that our agency cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, or costs incurred as a result of traveling without adequate insurance coverage. 

Booking Policy

To book a single service (guided tour, excursion, boat trip, etc.) it is necessary to pay the entire amount or a deposit fee (specific conditions may apply to private tours and customized services).

  • Each tour will be confirmed after the manual check of the availability of free places and service providers.

  • Tours requiring particular weather conditions (for example boat tours) will be confirmed from 72 hours prior departure.

  • If your tour includes special activities provided by third parties, we are not responsible for changes in the schedules and availability of their services. In case of bad weather, cancellation and subsequent full refund of the activity are at the discretion of the service provider.

Group Tours Cancellation Policy

We have a balanced policy for refunds in case of unexpected events. The refund policy depends on the moment in which the impossibility of participating in the event/service purchased is communicated.

This is the detail:

  • Free cancellation for up to 3 days (72 hours)* prior departure for all group tours.

  • 100% penalty in case of a no-show on the same day or cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the start (transaction fees cannot be refunded, between 3-4%).

  • If your tour includes outdoor activities provided by third parties, we are not responsible for changes in the schedules and availability of their services. In case of bad weather, cancellation and subsequent full refund of the activity are at the discretion of the service provider.

* Number of hours between the moment in which the impossibility of participating in the event/service purchased is communicated and the actual starting time of the activity.

Private Tours Cancellation Policy

The refund policy depends on the moment in which the impossibility of participating in the event/service purchased is communicated.

This is the detail:

  • Free cancellation for up to 7 days (168 hours)* prior departure for all standard full-day and half-day tours*

  • 100% penalty in case of a no-show on the same day or cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start (transaction fees cannot be refunded, between 3-4%).

  • If your tour includes outdoor activities provided by third parties, we are not responsible for changes in the schedules and availability of their services. In case of bad weather, cancellation and subsequent full refund of the activity are at the discretion of the service provider.

* Number of hours between the moment in which the impossibility of participating in the event/service purchased is communicated and the actual starting time of the activity.

Multi-Day Tours or Tailored-Made Itineraries Cancellation Policy

  • To book a multi-day tour or a tailor-made travel itinerary, it is necessary to pay the entire amount at least 45 days before the activity starts. It is possible to reserve the dates in advance with a deposit fee of 25%.

  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before the activity starts (transaction fees cannot be refunded, between 3-4%).

  • 100% penalty in case of a no-show or cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start.

  • Rescheduling to the next day due to force majeure (airline cancellations) is subject to availability of our providers (specific clauses can be included in the booking confirmation).

  • If your tour includes outdoor activities provided by third parties (bike tours, water sports, boat tours, wine tastings, hiking, horse-riding, etc), we are not responsible for changes in the schedules and availability of their services. In case of bad weather, cancellation and subsequent full refund of the activity are at the discretion of the service provider.

Third-Party Cancellation Policy

To book an activity offered by one of our partners (boat tours, tuk tuk rides, cooking classes, cheese-making classes, bike tours, trekking itineraries, horse-back riding sessions, paragliding, windsurfing, parties and events, etc) it is necessary to pay the entire amount at least 10 days before the activity starts. It is possible to reserve the dates in advance with a deposit fee of 25%.

Free cancellation up to 10 days before the activity starts.

If your tour includes outdoor activities provided by third parties, we are not responsible for changes in the schedules and availability of their services. In case of bad weather, cancellation and subsequent full refund of the activity are at the discretion of the service provider.​
