Enjoy an exclusive visit to an underground oil mill and a fascinating medieval rock settlement. Spanning sixty hectares, this estate boasts 10,000 olive trees, including 2,500 centuries-old plants. During the tour, you will stroll through an agricultural park filled with monumental olive trees, ancient blades, and majestic plants in the millenary olive tree plain of Fasano, gaining insight into these historic plants. Explore the ancient underground oil mill and discover both ancient and modern processes of extra virgin olive oil production. The experience concludes with a tasting of high-quality extra virgin olive oil accompanied by water and Apulian tarallini, allowing you to identify the unique characteristics this exquisite oil. The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes, and the duration can be customized suit your needs, available in English or Italian.
Cancellation policy
Standard Tours: Free cancellation is available up to 7 days (168 hours) before the scheduled departure time for all standard half-day and full-day tours. Please note that we reserve the right to deduct up to 15% of the total booking amount to cover administrative, currency conversion, and transaction fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the activity, as well as no-shows on the day of the tour, will incur a 100% cancellation penalty and are not eligible for a refund. * The number of hours is calculated from the moment the cancellation request is received until the scheduled start time of the activity.
