Accompanied by a local guide, we'll get hands-on to create two symbols of Bari's tradition: Focaccia barese, the undisputed queen of street food, which has defeated focaccia genovese in a battle to the last bite. Soft, golden, and embellished with fresh cherry tomatoes, you'll discover the secrets of its irresistible crunchiness. Orecchiette baresi, the same pasta that the New York Times called a heritage worth protecting, handmade according to an ancient technique passed down from generation to generation. After the class, we'll toast with a fine local wine and enjoy the fruits of our labor together, in a warm and convivial atmosphere, amidst stories, anecdotes, and the authentic flavor of Puglia. Cancellation policy
Standard Tours: Free cancellation is available up to 7 days (168 hours) before the scheduled departure time for all standard half-day and full-day tours. Please note that we reserve the right to deduct up to 15% of the total booking amount to cover administrative, currency conversion, and transaction fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the activity, as well as no-shows on the day of the tour, will incur a 100% cancellation penalty and are not eligible for a refund. * The number of hours is calculated from the moment the cancellation request is received until the scheduled start time of the activity.
