Third-Parties Events: Free cancellation is available up to 15 days before the scheduled departure time for all third-parties events. Please note that we reserve the right to deduct up to 15% of the total booking amount to cover administrative, currency conversion, and transaction fees. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the activity, as well as no-shows on the day of the tour, will incur a 100% cancellation penalty and are not eligible for a refund.
