The experience development Welcome drink among the olive trees and trulli Bread preparation with chef Davide (from the dough already leavened) Bread shaping and baking Fresh pasta workshop from scratch: orecchiette, cavatelli and strascinate (different shapes of pasta) Preparation of fresh tomato sauce (it will be used for seasoning the pasta you made) Lunch or dinner (starters, bread baked in the wood-fired oven, pasta dish, dessert, wine) The class includes: Chef Davide Restaurant room and professional kitchen reserved for the cooking class Participants are provided with an apron and processing kit (tools, ingredients, etc) Cooking class Lunch/dinner (starters, bread, pasta course, dessert) Wine Drinking water
Cancellation policy
Standard Tours: Free cancellation is available up to 7 days (168 hours) before the scheduled departure time for all standard half-day and full-day tours. Please note that we reserve the right to deduct up to 15% of the total booking amount to cover administrative, currency conversion, and transaction fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the activity, as well as no-shows on the day of the tour, will incur a 100% cancellation penalty and are not eligible for a refund. * The number of hours is calculated from the moment the cancellation request is received until the scheduled start time of the activity.
