Embark on a unique culinary journey through history with an olive oil tasting tour in a family-run olive oil farm. Spanning sixty hectares, this estate boasts 10,000 olive trees, including 2,500 centuries-old plants.

What to Expect

• Fasano: During the tour, you will stroll through an agricultural park filled with monumental olive trees, ancient blades, and majestic plants in the millenary olive tree plain of Fasano, gaining insight into these historic plants.

• Explore the underground oil mill, walk among ancient medieval millstones, cave settlements and discover everything about the uses of olive oil over the centuries.

• Then, the tour moves to the modern mill. Here, observe the cutting-edge equipment and learn how the various processing stages lead to a superior quality oil. What are the differences between extra virgin, virgin, olive oil and lampante?

• The experience concludes with a tasting of high-quality extra virgin olive oil accompanied by bruschette and Apulian tarallini, allowing you to identify the organoleptic characteristics of this exquisite product.

• The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes, and the duration can be customized suit your needs, available in English or Italian.
