This majestic stone crown resting on a hill 540 meters above sea level was included in the World Heritage List by UNESCO in 1996. Second stop: Andria (3 hours) Await a Cheese Making workshop and a genuine tasting at a typical Apulian Masseria immersed in the heart of the Alta Murgia Geopark and just 4 km from the UNESCO site Castel del Monte. The Experience in Detail: Participants will be guided by our expert cheesemaker on a sensory and practical journey through the phases of milk processing.
