The Capital city of the “Trulli” will amaze you with its ancient stone houses, narrow streets and conical roofs decorated with magical symbols. ° 1-hour drive ° Second stop (2h) Live the experience like a true citizen of Bari and stroll along the "pasta-street" where the sweet old ladies make pasta by hand according to the Apulian tradition. Then stop at the home of one of the pasta-making grannies to learn how to make real "orecchiette". Once al dente, we will sit at the table to taste a plate of orecchiette with sauce accompanied by a good glass of wine and a second course (water, dessert and coffee included).
